STAFFING
We design highly effective Experiential Marketing strategies and have a vast array of staff teams across various Cities across the North West who are readily available to help deliver these. All of our Brand Ambassadors are well mannered and presented, genuinely passionate and enthusiastic. Staff teams are fully trained and briefed specifically for any campaign they will be working on in order to ensure they are fully versed and knowledgable about the specific Brand they will be representing. Nightclub Takeover Events
This is a fantastically engaging and unique way of reaching a target audience effectively and on mass. We operate a range of club events that see a combined 15,000 + students through our event doors each week. For a Nightclub Takeover, we will brand up one of our specific events with your branding throughout. This includes club decor, watermarks on every photo from the event (seen by thousands via our socials) and logos on all social media materials and point of sale. Further to this, we have a fully branded promo team on the night of the event to raise awareness and give out any product samples/ drive sign ups . We can also have the promo team driving likes/ follows to socials.
This can be fully tailored to a specific Partners goals. Previous companies who have held a Nightclub Takeover event include; Uber / Deliveroo / Bumble / Nandos / WKD / Desperados / Tinder amongst others. We purposefully carry out the activity on a Nightclub Takeover from the start of the event whilst people are at their most engaged, and whilst people are in the queues with nothing else to do.
Poster sites - Liverpool
We have just over 400 A2 portrait poster frames available for use across all the key Student accommodations in Liverpool. This amounts to approximately 11,000 Liverpool students worth across all the residences. All of our A2 poster sites are in the best high footfall areas – next to every lift, within the lifts, as well as in communal areas. They are solely owned by ourselves, and are completely tamper proof. This offers an unrivalled opportunity to get in front of the student population in the City.
We offer flexibility with regards to quantities – you do not have to go into every frame for instance – and we can advise and tailor the best spread of posters across our sites to fit with a specified budget. All posters are fitted into the frames by ourselves at no extra cost. Poster site map available at request.
Official Freshers Welcome Packs - Liverpool
In conjunction with our partner student accommodations, we provide a free Freshers Welcome pack to every student arriving in September. Student Packs are placed in each bedroom prior to the student moving in, and contain the events programme line up for the Official Freshers Programme, discounts and free giveaways from our partners, alongside the accommodation’s essential information. A wide variety of nationwide and independent companies provide content for these packs including Nandos, Dominos, Yard & Coop, Wok & Go and more. There are a total of 14,000 packs – partners can choose to provide sample content for all of these packs or a portion of them depending on budget and preference.
All packs are constructed, packed and distributed to the accommodations by ourselves at no additional cost to any partner brands. These packs help us provide more content and value for the students, and places you at the forefront of the new students attention as soon as they arrive in Liverpool.
Online Lead Generation
We have a large team of ‘Online Ambassadors’ who can help drive leads for a partner Company or Brand. All of our Online Ambassadors are specially trained in this niche field. Leads can take the form of downloads, sign ups, online coupon redemption and much more. Ambassadors work on a commission based scheme specifically tailored to an individual partners budget and goals, typically consisting of a flat commission per lead with incremental bonuses if outlined targets are met. Our team are able to deliver this on a Nationwide scale.
This ensures that costs can be restrained to a certain budget with ease. Furthermore, as this activity produces higher results during Student ‘Peak Season’ (Term 1, Sep – Dec) than it does in terms 2 & 3, partners can relax safe in the knowledge that costs are always in line with results.
